Reporting directly to the M&A Director, the M&A Analyst Intern will be
  a full-fledged member of the Team with the following main responsibilities:
  - 
    Conduct market research for buy-side and sell-side projects, in order to
    pitch new clients
  
 
  - 
    Data needs to be researched in an accurate, organized and detailed fashion
  
 
  - Identify M&A opportunities through database and online research
 
  - 
    Draft informative English articles for Armor Capital’s website and email
    newsletters, focusing on topics related to valuation and M&A process
  
 
  - 
    Be part of the execution team on various tasks:
    
      - Investor documentation (teaser, XS, Info memo)
 
      - 
        Company valuation – financial model, valuation techniques (DCF, NAV,
        comparable)
      
 
      - Matching deal opportunities, identifying potential buyers/sellers
 
    
   
Financial Advisory/Consulting
  
  - Work with clients for a period of time on various missions to help improve and support their
development
 
  - Elaborate Financial Tools/Reports (financial analysis), work on Business Plan, Budget
(financial planning), Cash-Flow
 
  - Work on missions other than financial such as improving websites, company database
(cloud, ERP software, etc.), marketing and others
 
M&A projects and Equity Financing
  - Work with the team on deal origination and draft pitches
 
  - Monitor project progress by tracking activity; solving problems; publishing progress reports;
recommending actions
 
  - Identify targets and lead information research
 
  - Draft investor documentation:
    
      - NDA/Teaser/XS/Info Memo
 
      - BP/Financial models/Valuation
 
    
   
  - Identify, qualify investors in Asia, the U.S. and Europe and coordinate communication with
them (Family Offices, Angels, Venture Capital and Private Equity firms)
 
  - Coordinate due diligence
 
  - Interface with all levels of business and technology leadership at clients
 
Candidate skills & experience we are looking for:
  - Ideal candidate must be well organized, have the ability to multi-task, manage priorities,
be proficient in computer skills, display attention to detail, have clear oral and written
expression, take initiatives and enjoy being part of a growing team. The person is tedious,
reactive, adaptable, good listener, value confidentiality, careful, looking to work in a
collaborative, multi-cultural and dynamic environment.
 
  - University Diploma in Finance or any Business-related degree
 
  - Candidates in final internship study or Gap year during Master Studies also welcomed
 
  - Previous experience in M&A, Advisory, PE or Financial Controlling an asset
 
  - Perfect command of both written & spoken English with ability to think and write clearly;
Cantonese and/or Mandarin and/or French would be a plus 
  - Attention to detail; initiative and drive; teamwork skills
 
  - Business development and marketing-minded
 
  - Strong analytical experience and lateral thinking skills
 
  - Well-versed in digital research (internet, social media, web, etc.)
